The only difference between "official" or "unofficial" contracts is the presence of a third party, both are equal in priorities. Free rewards or raffles are tied to my availability.

🟢 GREEN: 1 to 2 months.

  • If everything is going smoothly, you may receive your Kommission in 2 months, or less! Yay!

🟠 ORANGE: 3 to 4 months

  • If the queue has people before you, or in case whatever happens to me with life, your Kommission may get a little wait time extended by 1 or 2 extra months.

🔴 RED: 5 months

⚪ WHITE: NO TAT / UNSPECIFIED

  • I offer this option for cheaper orders OR if I’m aware I’m gonna be indefinitely busy with stuff.

PERSONAL USAGE

  • Making use of it to get personal goodies such as prints, stickers, posters, as long as you don’t make any profit out of the delivered art.

  • Display it in any media you own like your personal accounts or contacts. Though it is not mandatory, I would appreciate it if you only post the “Glazed” versions of the art I deliver to you in Meta-run sites (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, etc).

  • Link it to character or personal non-profit projects.

PURCHASING | KOMMISSIONING ART FROM ME DOES NOT GIVES YOU ACCESS TO:

PROFITING

  • Reproducing the art in digital or physical media for monetary purposes.

  • Using it for NFT’s or any other Block-chain system, usage of my art for this will result in a direct Blacklist and a possible beware without further discussion, as well as legal procedures.

  • Using it for MLT’s of any kind, AI learning tools, reproduction or training. Doing so will result in legal action, Blacklist, and a possible beware without further discussion, you’ve been warned.

  • Claim it: As your own.

  • Edit: The original piece without permission.

  • Remove: My watermark.

Profit can be discussed by either paying an extra percentage of the Kommission base price or by signing an agreement about royalties.

PURCHASING | KOMMISSIONING CHARACTERS FROM ME GIVES YOU ACCESS TO:

PERSONAL USAGE

  • Getting art for it.

  • Use it in any media you wish such as comics, roleplays or include them in your own personal stories.

  • Free usage of THE CHARACTER’S DESIGN commercial rights. Making profit out of the original artwork requires an extra payment and this can be discussed with me to come up with an agreement.

  • Re-sell it (for the original price unless additional art was bought), gift it, exchange it, trade it, etc.

  • Port the character to Closed Species without having to ask for permission. Important: There are some species who have a very strict un-voiding policy and most of them require permission from the designer of the character to convert them into the species. You MUST contact me first if you wish to do so.

  • Re-design it as you please! (No need to ask me).

  • Editing the original artwork is possible, just remember that any other version of the character must stay with the original as well as re-designs or alternatives.

PURCHASING | KOMMISSIONING ART FROM ME DOES NOT GIVES YOU ACCESS TO:

PROFITTING

  • Claim the art as your own.

  • Replicate the design if you ever part with it.

  • Re-sell it for more than the initial purchase if no commission money was spent on it. (Personal art does not add any value to the character).

  • Profiting out of the original artwork alone.

  • Use the character to CREATE Closed or Open species.

  • Notifying me about the new owner of the character is also not required.

Crediting me it’s appreciated! But not mandatory.

Closed Species have different rules regarding adoptables, those rules will ALMOST always come over my TOS.
